Effective Date: This Durable Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately upon execution.

- Paying bills and managing expenses.
- Filing tax returns.
- Engaging in the Principal's business activities.
Durability: This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by subsequent incapacity of the Principal and shall remain in effect until revoked in writing.
Revocation: This Durable Power of Attorney may be revoked by the Principal at any time by providing a written notice to the Agent.
