  5. Indicate the Event you are participating in.
  6. Write your Last Initial in the provided space.
  7. List the total number of cards in your Main Deck under the appropriate section.
  8. Record the number of Monster Cards, Spell Cards, and Trap Cards separately in their respective fields.
  9. Calculate and enter the total number of cards for Monster Cards, Spell Cards, and Trap Cards combined.
  10. Proceed to the Side Deck section and enter the total number of cards.
  11. Next, move to the Extra Deck section and fill in the total number of cards.
